Children aged 8 to 10 pay 75% of the tour price and share a room with their parents.

Children under 4 years old are free of charge; however, if a family has three or more children, the third child must pay half the ticket price and share a room with their parents.
Children are free, but parents must cover the ticket costs if the child exceeds the height limit set by amusement parks, restaurants, hotels, etc.

How to exchange a voucher

If your booking is confirmed, the tour operator will contact you by phone as soon as you book and one day before the tour starts.
If the tour operator does not contact you during that time, please contact the tour operator via the phone number on your voucher.
If you choose hotel pick-up service, please enter your hotel name and room number and other important information in the “Special Requests” box before payment.
When the vehicle arrives to pick you up, please present the valid confirmation email from Let’s Fly Travel on your phone to the staff.

Rescheduling Policy

Only schedule changes are supported 7 days before the official departure date. Please contact the hotline 1900.63.63.32 for assistance from Let’s Fly Travel.

Refund Policy

Request a refund no later than 10 days before your selected date to receive a 100% refund.
Your booking will not be refunded if you request a refund less than 10 days before the selected departure date.
The final refund amount will not include service fees, wallet discount vouchers, or unique code bank transfer fees.
To cancel your reservation and request a refund, please contact Let’s Fly Travel’s hotline at 1900.63.63.32 for assistance with the refund.

General Information

Children must be accompanied by an adult.
In case of bad weather, the tour may be canceled, and customers will be notified at least 1 day before the tour departure date.
Guests will be able to choose to change the tour departure date.

If you do not arrive within 10 minutes after the guide arrives, you will not be able to join the tour and your reservation will be canceled.
Transportation and meals are subject to change. The tour operator will replace these services with similar services based on availability, type, and standards specified in the route.
Meals and menus are subject to availability. The tour operator will do their best to prepare fresh dishes that can meet everyone’s needs.
However, the tour operator cannot guarantee that the meals in the program meet your special diet.

DAY 1: PICK UP AT TUY HOA AIRPORT – VISIT CUC DONG CAPE – DIEN CAPE – VUNG RO BAY

Noon: Let’s Fly Travel’s car and guide will pick you up at Tuy Hoa airport. Afterward, you will be taken to check into your hotel, enjoy lunch, and rest.

Afternoon: Start Phu Yen 3 days 2 nights tour. Your first destination is Cuc Dong Cape, where you can admire the majestic beauty of where the land meets the sky. The fresh air and stunning ocean views offer a sense of peace and tranquility.
