How to exchange a voucher

• If your booking is confirmed, the tour operator will contact you by phone as soon as you book and one day before the tour starts.
• If the tour operator does not contact you during that time, please contact the tour operator via the phone number on your voucher.
• If you choose hotel pick-up service, please enter your hotel name and room number and other important information in the “Special Requests” box before payment.
• When the vehicle arrives to pick you up, please present the valid confirmation email from Let’s Fly Travel on your phone to the staff.

Refund Policy

• Request a refund no later than 10 days before your selected date to receive a 100% refund.
• Your booking will not be refunded if you request a refund less than 10 days before the selected departure date.
• The final refund amount will not include service fees, wallet discount vouchers, or unique code bank transfer fees.
