How to exchange a voucher

If your booking is confirmed, the tour operator will contact you by phone as soon as you book and one day before the tour starts.
If the tour operator does not contact you during that time, please contact the tour operator via the phone number on your voucher.
If you choose hotel pick-up service, please enter your hotel name and room number and other important information in the “Special Requests” box before payment.
When the vehicle arrives to pick you up, please present the valid confirmation email from Let’s Fly Travel on your phone to the staff.

Rescheduling Policy

Only schedule changes are supported 7 days before the official departure date. Please contact the hotline 1900.63.63.32 for assistance from Let’s Fly Travel.

Refund Policy

Request a refund no later than 10 days before your selected date to receive a 100% refund.
Your booking will not be refunded if you request a refund less than 10 days before the selected departure date.
The final refund amount will not include service fees, wallet discount vouchers, or unique code bank transfer fees.
To cancel your reservation and request a refund, please contact Let’s Fly Travel’s hotline at 1900.63.63.32 for assistance with the refund.

General Information

Children must be accompanied by an adult.
In case of bad weather, the tour may be canceled, and customers will be notified at least 1 day before the tour departure date.
Guests will be able to choose to change the tour departure date.
Regardless of the type of tour, you must follow the schedule and instructions of the tour leader
The schedule may change due to external factors, including but not limited to weather conditions, road traffic conditions, and unforeseen circumstances.
If you do not arrive within 10 minutes after the guide arrives, you will not be able to join the tour and your reservation will be canceled.
Transportation and meals are subject to change. The tour operator will replace these services with similar services based on availability, type, and standards specified in the route.
Meals and menus are subject to availability. The tour operator will do their best to prepare fresh dishes that can meet everyone’s needs.
However, the tour operator cannot guarantee that the meals in the program meet your special diet.

Day 1:

Noon: Pick up guests at Lien Khuong airport, have lunch at the restaurant.

Afternoon: Check-in Bali Heaven Gate (Green Hill) – Dalat City Flower Garden – Hydrangea Garden – Dream Hill.

Evening: Have dinner at the restaurant, rest and freely visit Da Lat night market.

Day 1: Pick-Up at Lien Khuong Airport – Explore the Flower City of Da Lat

Noon: The Let’s Fly Travel vehicle and guide will welcome you at Lien Khuong Airport, starting your exciting and captivating Da Lat 3 days 2 nights tour.

Afternoon: The vehicle will take you to continue your journey on the Da Lat 3 days 2 nights tour, exploring Bali Gate (Green Hills) – A “million views” check-in paradise offering panoramic views of Da Lat. There are countless beautiful spots for you to take photos, including a bird area, coffee shop, swings, and more.

The tour continues to the Dalat City Flower Garden – a stunning destination that resembles a “fairyland” filled with colorful flowers. You will admire fragrant flower beds and wonderful landscapes. Don’t forget to capture vibrant moments in this colorful flower paradise. Alternatively, you may choose to visit the Valley of Love (self-paid).

The Hydrangea Garden showcases a romantic and poetic beauty with large blooms displaying vivid colors. The flower field is surrounded by green pine hills, creating a cool and fresh atmosphere. With the serene environment and blooming hydrangeas, you will feel relaxed.

Dream Hill is a tourist destination in Da Lat featuring a lyrical beauty, captivating with its peaceful scenery. Here, you can enjoy various interesting experiences and explore the artistic combination of rocks and flowers.

04:30 PM: The vehicle and guide will take you back to your hotel for relaxation.

Evening: You will have dinner at a restaurant. After that, feel free to explore and enjoy Da Lat’s street food.

Day 2: Visit Puppy Farm – Langbiang Mountain – Dalat Railway Station – Linh Phuoc Pagoda

Morning: After enjoying breakfast at the restaurant, the vehicle and guide will pick you up to continue your 3-day, 2-night Da Lat tour.

Puppy Farm is home to adorable puppies and other lovely animals such as miniature horses and rabbits, attracting many pet lovers. You can take photos with the friendly, gentle dogs and even experience the colorful inflatable slide while enjoying the vast flower fields.

In addition to the puppy farm, Puppy Farm also grows various crops like strawberries and cherry tomatoes. You will observe the modern cultivation process of flowers, vegetables, and fruits. You can also taste and purchase products to take home as gifts for your loved ones.

After visiting Puppy Farm, you will conquer Langbiang Mountain by Jeep. This is an exciting experience where you can ride on bumpy trails while enjoying the beautiful scenery as you pass through the pine forests and streams (self-paid).

Noon: The group will stop at a restaurant for lunch featuring delicious dishes from Da Lat.

Afternoon: Continuing the journey, the Let’s Fly Travel guide will take you to discover the Dalat Railway Station. The most beautiful ancient station in Indochina, showcasing unique architectural styles. This is the only place that preserves an ancient steam locomotive, so be sure to prepare a beautiful outfit for impressive check-in photos.

The final stop on the 3-day, 2-night Da Lat tour is Linh Phuoc Pagoda (also known as Bottle Pagoda). Distinguished by its grounds decorated with unique mosaic pieces made from ceramics and glass bottles. The pagoda includes the main hall, Quan The Am sanctuary, the stupa, and the 18 levels of hell, among other features.

Evening: You will enjoy dinner at a restaurant and may then explore freely or participate in Tay Nguyen Gong Culture Exchange. This evening program allows you to immerse yourself in the unique cultural atmosphere while enjoying traditional wine and grilled meat by the flickering fire, all while being captivated by the lively sounds of the gongs (self-paid).

Day 3: Visit Bao Dai Palace – Truc Lam Zen Monastery – Datanla Waterfall

Morning: Enjoy breakfast at the restaurant. Afterward, please pack your luggage and check out.

The first stop on Day 3 is Bao Dai Palace – an ancient French architectural site associated with the last king of the Nguyen dynasty. Bao Dai Palace still preserves many valuable artifacts, allowing you to explore the culture of the ancient feudal era.

Truc Lam Zen Monastery features traditional architecture and vibrant flower gardens. Located on a high hill, the monastery is surrounded by expansive green pine forests. Along the lake, there are several stone benches and gazebos where you can relax in a peaceful setting.

Datanla Waterfall will be the last stop of the morning in Da Lat. Experience thrilling activities such as ziplining over the waterfall and sliding down the longest mountain slide in Southeast Asia (self-paid).

11:30 AM: The vehicle and guide will escort you to Lien Khuong Airport, concluding the Da Lat tour.
