02:30 pm:

Focus - Warm Up

The MC invites the members to gather and take souvenir photos
The MC randomly divides the teams and gives each team a Pitch shirt bag and a team flag
The members participate in the warm-up to break the distance

03:00 pm:

Challenge – Connect

Items: Giant 3-hole inflatable slippers + Yoga ball

Rules :

Each team will take turns sending out 6 members using GIANT SHOES and YOGA BALLS provided by the organizers to move quickly with teammates from the starting position to the finish line to get enough items required by the organizers
At the end of a stage, the members will return to change people and continue the journey until they have enough items
During the move, if a player falls or makes a mistake, the team will have to stop for 5 seconds and then continue until the end
The team that completes the required number of ITEMS by the organizers will complete the mission

03h55 pm:

Challenge – Accelerate

Equipment: 1.5 metre Bouncing Ball + Yoga Ball

Rules:

Each team will take turns sending out 5 members using the Bouncing Bouncing Ball and YOGA BALL provided by the organizers to move quickly with their teammates from the starting position to hit the ball for their teammates. Each successful ball will receive 1 item
During the move, if a player falls or makes a mistake, the team will have to stop for 5 seconds and then continue until the end
The team that completes the required number of ITEMS by the organizers first will complete the mission

04:15 pm:

Challenge – Breakthrough

Items: 6 metre Obstacle + Conical Hat Matrix

Rules of the game :

Each team takes turns sending out 1 member to overcome the OBSTACLE then move into the MATRIX arranged by the Organizing Committee to flip 01 hat of their choice to find the correct color specified by the Organizing Committee
One person must participate at least 1 time to get the item. During the movement, if the ITEM IN THE HAT is flipped and does not match the color requested by the Organizing Committee, the player will return so that the teammate can continue the next turn
The team that completes the number of ITEMS as required by the Organizing Committee first will complete the mission

04:35 pm:

Challenge – Finish Line

Items: 7-person flying saucer + bow and arrow + target

Rules:

Each team takes turns sending out 6 members using the FLYING DISC provided by the organizers to move 1 teammate from the starting position to the finish line and use the BOW and ARROW to shoot accurately at the target. The ARROW SHOT AT THE TARGET will receive 1 item
During the move, if a player falls or makes a mistake, the team will have to stop for 5 seconds and then continue until the end
The team that completes the required number of BTC ITEMS first will complete the mission

04:55 pm:

Take a final photo

Preserving memories: Taking a summary photo helps to preserve memorable moments, achievements in an event… It can be the bright smiles of the members, the moments of teamwork, or simply the joyful atmosphere
Recreating the process: Through the photos, we can look back at the entire process we have gone through, from the initial difficulties to the final success. This helps us appreciate it more
Enhancing team spirit: Taking a teambuilding summary photo together creates an opportunity for team members to bond more, understand each other better. The group photos will become beautiful memories, connecting everyone together.
Making the event special: Taking photos helps make the teambuilding event more special and meaningful. Beautiful photos will be shared widely, contributing to promoting the event.
