The question of what types of team building exist is often raised. Today, teambuilding includes all the characteristics of traditional tourism. However, depending on the program’s specifics, companies can choose between indoor or outdoor teambuilding, which are the two most common formats.

2.1. Indoor Teambuilding

Indoor team building activities are held in enclosed spaces like auditoriums or meeting rooms, requiring minimal equipment. This format is typically combined with seminars, conferences, or training sessions to apply theory in practice or simply for relaxation and team spirit enhancement.

Advantages of Indoor Team building:

Saves on organizational costs and travel time to the venue
Reduces the need for staff to manage the event
Minimizes weather-related issues like rain or heat

Disadvantages of Indoor Team building:

Limited games due to space constraints
Lacks the outdoor excursion aspect

Some engaging indoor teambuilding games include puzzle matching, candy sorting, beer can stacking, word linking, and dance-offs.

2.2. Outdoor Teambuilding

Outdoor team building activities are held in open spaces, free from physical limitations like walls or boundaries. Outdoor activities are generally more varied than indoor ones, with diverse locations like mountains or beaches.

Advantages of Outdoor Teambuilding:

Greater game variety, easier scenario planning
Flexible locations, suitable for designing games around the company’s goals

Disadvantages of Outdoor Teambuilding:

Requires a well-planned scenario

Popular outdoor teambuilding games include human tower building, on-land boat racing, group foot races, three-legged races, and archery. Organizers may also consider intellectual or physical games, as well as children’s activities, for a more varied teambuilding experience.

02:30 pm:

Focus - Warm Up

The MC invites the members to gather and take souvenir photos
The MC randomly divides the teams and gives each team a Pitch shirt bag and a team flag
The members participate in the warm-up to break the distance

03:00 pm:

Challenge – Connect

Items: Air Horse

Rules :

Each team takes turns sending 2 members using the WAR HORSE provided by the organizer to move quickly with teammates from the starting position to the finish line to get enough items required by the organizer
One person must participate at least once to get the item. During the move, if a player falls or makes a mistake, the team will have to stop for 5 seconds and then continue until the end
The team that completes the required number of BTC ITEMS completes the mission

03:55 pm:

Challenge – Accelerate

Items: Pair of pants + Soccer

Rules :

Each team takes turns sending 2 members wearing the pair of pants provided by the organizers to move the BALL quickly with teammates from the starting position to the finish line. SHOOT THE BALL INTO THE GOAL. If the BALL goes into the net, you will receive 1 item
One person must participate at least once to get the item. During the move, if a player falls or makes a mistake, the team will have to stop for 5 seconds and then continue until the end
The team that completes the required number of ITEMS by the organizers completes the mission

04:15 pm:

Challenge – Breakthrough

Items: 2 metre Giant Ball

Rules :

Each team takes turns sending 8 members to stand around using the GIANT BALL provided by the BTC to quickly move teammates from the starting position to the finish line, until the required number of BTC is met
One person must participate at least once to get the item. During the move, if a player falls or makes a mistake, the team will have to stop for 5 seconds and then continue until the end
The team that completes the required number of BTC ITEMS completes the mission

04:55 pm:

Challenge – Finish Line

Items: Giant Badminton Cushion

Rules:

Each team will take turns sending out 5 members to use the Badminton Cushion and YOGA BALL provided by the organizers to move quickly with the hill from the starting position to the finish line to get enough items required by the organizers
At the end of a stage, the members will return to change people and continue the journey until they have enough items
During the move, if a player falls or makes a mistake, the team will have to stop for 5 seconds and then continue until the end
The team that completes the number of ITEMS required by the organizers will complete the mission

04:55 pm:

Take a final photo

Preserving memories: Taking a summary photo helps to preserve memorable moments, achievements in an event… It can be the bright smiles of the members, the moments of teamwork, or simply the joyful atmosphere
Recreating the process: Through the photos, we can look back at the entire process we have gone through, from the initial difficulties to the final success. This helps us appreciate it more
Enhancing team spirit: Taking a teambuilding summary photo together creates an opportunity for team members to bond more, understand each other better. The group photos will become beautiful memories, connecting everyone together.
Making the event special: Taking photos helps make the teambuilding event more special and meaningful. Beautiful photos will be shared widely, contributing to promoting the event.
Create archives: The summary photo collection will become a valuable document, helping to preserve important information about the event.
