5. Collaboration Rules and Regulations

5.1. Collaboration Conditions

• Partners must possess a valid business license and fully comply with all applicable legal regulations.
• Commit not to engage in unfair competition or use internal information for personal purposes.
• Respect intellectual property rights by not copying or unauthorized use of materials, images, and content belonging to Let’s Fly Travel.

5.2. Payment Terms and Conditions

• Commissions or discounts will be paid on the 15th and the last day of each month.
• Payments will be made via bank transfer. Payment details must be accurate and fully provided in the collaboration agreement.
• Payments will be processed after the partner provides all required invoices and related documents (if applicable).

5.3. Termination of Collaboration Regulations

• Collaboration will be terminated if either party fails to comply with the agreed terms or engages in any illegal activities.
• A termination notice must be provided in writing at least 30 days in advance.
• After the termination of collaboration, the partner must return all documents, information, and assets belonging to Let’s Fly Travel and cease using any related intellectual property.

6. General Terms and Conditions

• Let’s Fly Travel reserves the right to amend policies and collaboration regulations based on actual business circumstances. Any changes will be communicated at least 15 days in advance via email or official communication channels.
• All disputes arising will be prioritized for resolution through negotiation. If no agreement is reached, the dispute will be submitted to a competent court for resolution.
• All information during the collaboration must be kept strictly confidential and must not be disclosed to any third party without prior written consent from the involved parties.

• Steps 1: Complete the collaboration registration form on the website or download it and send it via email.
• Steps 2: Send cooperation documents via email: sales@letsflytravel.vn, include:
  • Copy of business license (for businesses).
  • Brief introduction about the unit/individual and business field.
  • Other supporting documents (if any).
• Steps 3: Wait for confirmation from Let’s Fly Travel within 5-7 business days. The partner department will contact you to discuss details and sign a cooperation contract.
• Steps 4: Start implementing partnership programs and receive support from Let’s Fly Travel.
